Indonesia Jaya Tani Anaerobic
The Kerinci Regency in Sumatra is known for its high-quality coffee production due to fertile volcanic soils and high altitudes.
Exceptionally rare, this remarkable coffee comprises 40% Sigarar Utang, 50% S-795 and 10% Andungsari varieties. The beans are soaked in water before undergoing an 8-day fermentation followed by 22-25 days drying and finally a 2 week resting period.

Ethiopia Guji Uraga Wine Process
This insanely unique coffee is processed with a modern natural wine process (or Carbonic Maceration).
The Wine process is one of the more modern and experimental processes being practiced around the world. While the processing in essence is very similar to Anaerobic Fermenting, the natural wine process allows for a Co2 rich environment to encourage a different form of fermentation and development to take place.
Creating a carbon dioxide rich environment allows for different microbial activity for manipulate and further develop the flavours present within the coffee.
Tasting: This coffee is very fruit forward, packed with notes of Blackberry, Raspberry, Grape and Citrus.

Costa Rica Las Lajas Cumbre de Poas Yellow Honey
In the heart of the Central Valley coffee growing region, the town of Sabana Rodonda, Alajuela is home to the Las Lajas mill. Owned and managed by husband and wife duo Oscar and Francisca Chacón, they are dedicated to producing only the very highest quality microlot coffees, and are known for producing some of the world’s best honey and natural processed coffees.
Tasting: This coffee offers a bright crisp lemon acidity and floral notes. Green grape and apple linger in a sweet caramel and vanilla finish.
