Another fantastic coffee with an amazing profile from the Arcila family, experts in speciality Colombian Coffee.
Grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm in Santa Monica, this amazing coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on. During fermentation, red fruits and wine yeast were added, the cherries then pulped & dried for ideal moisture content. An exotic, speciality offering that won't disappoint.
