Decaf - Ethyl Acetate Sugarcane Process

This coffee is decaffeinated using a method known as the natural ethyl acetate (NEA) process, or sugarcane decaffeination process. By employing water and a natural compound of Sugarcane Molasses, this process results in a decaf with unexpected complexity and sweetness.
